8. COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT PATTERN Cooperative management


Management is a science that studies how to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently with the help of / through others
Thus Cooperative Management can be defined as a process to achieve through joint efforts based on the principle of kinship. To achieve the goal of Cooperatives, to note the existence of a good management system, so that it achieved its goal, namely the implementation of management functions.
